Cottage in row. Early C19. Random stone rubble, clay pantiled roof with continuation to north, plain gable to south, brick chimney stacks.
EXTERIOR: two storeys, three bays. Outer bays have sixteen-pane sash windows both levels, with exposed sash boxes, and with timber lintels over ground-floor windows, first floor centre bay has paired eight-pane sashes, under which is the plain boarded entrance door framed by an ashlar surround having a segmental-arched head.
