Semi-detached house, probably originally part of No.7 to east
(qv). Late C18. Rendered with false ashlar joints,
colourwashed, roof not visible from behind parapet.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, single bay. End pilaster, cornice mould,
plain parapet. Sash windows of 12 panes in simple openings,
with 4-flush panel door to left under plain rectangular
fanlight, all openings have quintuple keystones to head.
