House with shop, now offices. Early C19. Rendered, artificial
slate roof with plain gable to north and abutment to south,
brick chimney stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, single bay. Mid C20 shop front across
ground floor, with quarry tile pilasters and stall risers,
plain fascia, entrance in recess on left. First floor has a
square oriel window with lead flat roof, incorporating 4+16+4
pane sash windows, second floor has a 12-pane sash window in
plain surround.
