House. C17 with C18 additions. Timber-frame with plaster infill and brick wings, and some rubble; thatched roof, tile roofs to wings, with brick ridge and end stacks. Single-unit plan with front wing and addition to right.

EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic. Top dentiled brick cornice to addition to right. Entrance in addition to right has plank door in moulded wood surround, small square window above with small-paned casement.

Wing has end external stack and catslide outshut to left return, with some rubble to angle; end has two small square windows to ground floor and first-floor ogee-headed window with original head over C20 casement; right return has window with three-light casement.

Left return has timber-framed gable with C20 casement to each floor.

Rear has gabled wing with stack.

INTERIOR: not inspected.
