3 houses. C17 and C18 with later alterations.
Tanworth Cottage to left: brick with stucco front; tile roof
with brick end stack.
Oak Cottage: brick laid to Flemish bond; tile roof with brick
ridge stack. 2-unit plan.
Arden Meads to right: brick laid to Flemish bond; slate roof
with brick internal stacks. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: Tanworth Cottage: single-unit to street. 2 storeys;
single-window range. Entrance in C20 porch has plank door. C20
window to right and C20 attic window.
Oak Cottage: single-storey plus attic; 3-window range. Top
modillioned brick cornice. Central plank door in moulded frame
under gabled hood. Entrance is flanked by mostly renewed
3-light casements; 3 dormers.
Arden Meads: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Brick plat band over
ground floor and top modillioned brick cornice. Entrance to
left of centre has C20 porch. Ground floor has window to left
with brick label mould over 8/8 sash in flush wood frame; 2
similar windows to first floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
