Pair of houses. 1820s. Brick faced with pebbledash; steeply
pitched tile roof with renewed tiles to eaves and brick
cross-axial stack. 2-unit plan altogether.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top dentilled brick
cornice. Round-headed entrance to each end with plank tympanum
over 6-flush-panel door. Ground floor has 2 windows, each of 2
round-headed lights with central springer and small-paned
casements with iron opening casements; first floor has 2
segmental-headed windows with 2-light small-paned casements
with iron opening casements.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cottages built 1827 in Scholars Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon,
have similar ground-floor windows.
