Houses. Late C18 or early C19. Weatherboarded. Gambrel roof of
tile. 2 storeys and dormer. One window each. C20 shop fronts
to ground floor. All windows are flat arched; one dormer each.
Brick stacks to party walls. INTERIOR: not inspected.
These buildings form a most important group with Nos 1-12,
22-28, 31-32, 36-41, and 43-53 Meeting House Lane (qv), which
is the centre of the section of the Old Town known as The
Lanes.
