storeys and 2 flat-arched dormers over basement. 3
window-range. Flat-arched entry set within an enclosed porch,
the roof of which forms a first floor balcony enclosed by
cast-iron railing. Set into the jambs of the first floor
windows to the left are cast-iron balconettes. Entry on left
return is flat arched. Stacks to end wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Nos 68, 69, and 73-89 Marine Parade (qv) form a group with Nos
1-14 Royal Crescent (qv).
