Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco with roof of slate.
4 storeys and attic above basement. One window-range on Marine
Parade, 2 window-range on the return to Madeira Place.
Full-height segmental bay with tripartite windows on each
facade. All windows flat-arched, with windows of original
design on third floor of bay to Madeira Place. The
entablatures above the third floor and attic are missing from
the segmental bay on Marine Parade, but continuous to return
elevation. Blocking course complete. Flat-arched entrance
under prostyle porch on the return elevation, columns and
entablature much reworked. Balconies with cast-iron brackets
and railings to first floor of both bays. Stacks at corner and
to Madeira Place party wall.
