House. c1830 with later additions and alterations. Possibly by
William Thomas. Pinkish-brown brick with painted stucco front
facade and Welsh slate roof.
2 storeys with basement, 2 first-floor windows. Plinth. First
floor: continuous sill band; 6/6 sashes in plain reveals and
with tooled architraves. Ground floor: to left a tripartite
window, the centre a 4/4 sash with margin-lights between 2/2
sashes in plain reveals with sill and tooled architrave.
Entrance to right, steps to part-glazed door with overlight
with margin-lights in C20 glazed porch. Concealed basement.
Frieze, cornice, blocking course, copings; end stacks, very
tall to left, with cornices. Decorative ridge tiles.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: Beauchamp Avenue was laid out as Beauchamp
Terrace c1828.
