House, now shops and flats. Late C18 or early C19. Stucco
scored to resemble regularly coursed ashlaring. 2-span roof:
gambrel roof to front span is of tile and gable roof to rear
of slate with outshut.
2 storeys and dormer. One window each. Late C19 or early C20
shop fronts fitted to ground floor. There is a segmental bay
to first floor of each unit; tripartite, flat-arched windows
with sashes of original design: 6 x 6 to centre and 4 x 4 to
sides. Blocking course with metal flashing course. One
flat-arched dormer each. One flat-arched entrance of no
distinction to return. At the party wall there is one stack to
peak of each roof.
