Terraced house. c1830. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
3 storeys over basement, 3-window range and double-fronted.
Ground floor decorated with banded rustication; broad
flat-arched entrance framed by pilasters and entablature. All
windows flat-arched, the outer windows tripartite; storey band
between ground and first floor; first-floor windows with
architrave and cornice; cornice between first and second
floors; secondary cornice and blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cast-iron railings with decorative finials. Many of Brighton's
hospitals used to be in Queen's Road, and this building was
once the dental hospital.
