Terraced houses. c1800. Painted cobbles with painted brick
dressings, roof of No.3 obscured by parapet, of No.4
turnerised.
No.3 four storeys over basement, No.4 four storeys and attic
over basement; 2-window range. All windows flat-arched with
brick dressings. Steps up to round-arched entrance framed by
engaged Doric columns carrying an open segmental pediment;
fanlight, and door of original design to No.4. Full-height and
almost full-width segmental bay; bracketed balcony to first
floor with cast-iron balustrade; blind-boxes to ground and
first-floor windows of No.3; all windows to No.4 have sashes
of original design, 6 x 6 to ground and first floors, 3 x 6 to
second and third; cornice and parapet; flat-arched dormer in
mansard roof to No.4; stacks to party and side walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cast-iron railings to steps and areas, with urn finials to the
standards and spearhead finials to the rest.
