Terraced cottages. Possibly mid-C16, timber-framed, with walls
of flint with brick dressings probably of C19 date, roofs of
tile.
2 storeys, 5 windows in all. Entrance to No.4 in hipped
single-storey porch to right; entrance to No.4A
segmental-arched, to No.5 not visible; first-floor has a
canted oriel to No.4, other windows flat-arched; extension to
rear of No.4, c1950, and to rear of No.4A probably C19; hipped
roof to south, gabled to north before dropping down to gabled
roof of No.5 where there is one stack; ridge stack to
south-east. Queen post roof to No.4 and probably also to Nos
4A and 5.
