Milking parlour. Dated 1855. Flint with red brick dressings and pantile roof with coped gables. Single storey. Front facing yard has continous glazing of casements (at present boarded) and 2 doors. Datestone on gable end inscribed WHW 1855. INTERIOR has simple queen post roof.
Part of a good farmstead group at Grove Farm which formed part of the Felbrigg estate C17-C20 and which exemplifies continuous estate improvements, those in the mid C19 by William Howe Wyndham.
