Bandstand. Probably c1900; slightly altered. Cast-iron on
concrete base, with felted wooden roof. Octagonal plan.
Single storey. At each angle is a cast-iron column with fluted
pedestal, vase base with acanthus enrichment, Composite
capital and scrolled open-work bracket to the oversailing
eaves; and, between the columns, shallow elliptical-arched
beams. Flat boarded ceiling; umbrella-shaped roof with
octagonal corona surrounding small bell-shaped cap with
finial.
