House. Early C18, altered. Brown brick, (partly refaced) with
red brick dressings and channelled stucco ground floor. 3
storeys. 3 windows. Doorway with pilaster jambs, fanlight
having margin glazing and panelled door. Segmental arches to
slightly recessed sashes with exposed boxing. Plain stucco
band at 1st floor level; plain brick bands at 2nd floor level
and below parapet. INTERIOR: with some original features.
Formerly known as No.304 Kentish Town Road which address is
now a late C20 shop (not included), the rear of which occupies
the left hand ground floor of No.1A Leverton Place.
