Pair of semi-detached houses, the right hand being No.98
Castlehaven Road. Mid C19. 2 storeys, attic and semi-basement.
3 windows each. Entrance bays slightly project. Stucco with
rusticated ground floor. Slated roofs with dormers. Doorcases
of Corinthian columns supporting an entablature, the cornice
of which continues as a band at 1st floor level, breaking
forward over tripartite ground floor sash where supported by
enriched console brackets; wide bracketed sill with cast-iron
balcony. Overlights and panelled doors. 1st floor windows
round-arched with architraved heads having vermiculated
keystones; bracketed sills. No.51 parapet with band; No.98
with bracketed cornice and blocking course.
