Terrace of 3 houses. c1835-44. Yellow stock brick with
rusticated stucco ground floors. Slated mansard roofs with
dormers. 3 storeys, attics and basements. 2 windows each;
No.33 with blind return to Swinton Place. Segmental-arched
doorways with fluted quarter columns, fanlights and panelled
doors (No.33 on return). Gauged brick flat arches to recessed
sashes with glazing bars; 1st floor with cast-iron balconies.
Stucco cornices and blocking courses.
INTERIORS: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
cast-iron railings with tasselled spearhead finials.
