Villa. c1850. Stucco with low pitched, hipped slate roof;
rusticated stucco quoins.
2 storeys, 3 bays with central Doric porch with modillion
cornice and balustraded balcony above; door with oblong
fanlight and side lights. 4-pane sash windows, those to ground
floor in canted bays with pilaster mullions and modillion
cornices. Upper windows have shouldered architraves with
scrolled bases, keystones and bracketed sills.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: area railings with spearhead standards.
