Villa. Early C19. Amber brick with low pitched, hipped slate
roof with overhanging eaves.
2 storeys and basement, 3 bays; slightly projecting panels to
outer bays. Central round-headed entrance has door in
round-arched recess with panelled pilaster jambs and
decorative fanlight. Gauged-brick arches to sash windows with
glazing bars, those to ground floor round-headed, those to 1st
floor slightly cambered. Stucco band between floors.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron handrail, area and front
railings.
