Early C19 stuccoed house of 3 storeys, 3 windows. Fairly low pitched slated
roof with deep eaves soffit. Full height outer segmental bows hold tripartite
sash windows with glazing bars, curved on plan. Verandah with tent shaped hood
on ground floor, over door with fanlight. Inter-war south wing by Connell Ward
and Lucas. completely modern but respecting the scale of the older building.
