House, originally a farmhouse. Early-mid C17. Timber framed and plastered,
thatched roof. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell form. 4 windows, mainly C19
casements; there is one original ovolo-moulded mullioned window at the rear
and others now blocked. Lobby entrance with gabled open porch and mid C20
plank door. Internal stack of sawtooth pattern with an inset panel in the
base. Well restored interior with exposed framing and joists, newel stairs
and original floorboarding. Ovolo-moulded floor beams in hall and parlour.
