Farmhouse. L shape plan: main wing probably late C16/early C17; C18 wing to
west. Main wing: timber framed core, late C17/early C18 red brick casing,
although the yable ends may be original; incomplete brick band at first floor
level, the gables with brick band at eaves level; roof of modern concrete
pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell plan, various 3-light and 4-light
casement windows. North side with tall mid C19 brick and slate porch, wavy
bargeboards to gable, 4-centre arch to doorway with hoodmould over, boarded
door; mid C20 porch to right hand side with crenellated parapet and glazed
door; one flat roofed dormer. One internal stack and one gable end stack.West
wing: timber framed, red brick casing, modern concrete pantiles; 2 storeys;
large pane casement windows, segmental arches, boarded half door.
