Wash-house. Early C19. Red brick partly rendered. Brick projecting
stack. Single storey. Door with 2-light casement to right and 2-light
casement to rear. Interior has early C19 fireplace with cast-iron grate.
Forms a group with Nos 3 and 5 (q.v.).
