A pair of estate cottages. Mid C19. One-and-a-half storeys.:
built in a traditional form, with a matching slightly projecting
wing at each end. In random kidney flint with rusticated white
brick dressings and plaintiled roofs: fluted barge-boards and
finials to all gables. 3 large internal white brick chimney-
stacks with plain rectangular shafts and corbelled-out heads with
a dentil course. Small-paned casement windows: 3-light to ground
storey, 2-light to upper storey: a row of 3 gablets, with barge-
boards matching those on the gables over the upper windows in the
central section of the front. 2 entrance doors with small lean-
to porch roofs, one at the north side, the other on the side
front, next to the south wing.
