Estate cottage. Early C19 in Regency Gothic style. Single-storey. Red brick,
pantiles laid over thatch, wide eaves overhang fully hipped roof. Central
semi-circular bay has 2 2-light windows with pointed heads: between them, a
plank door with pilaster strips. 2 blocked openings for similar windows to
left and right, and a matching window in each gable end, that on right with
original glazing and leading. Mid C19 extension at rear, forming an L: red
brick, pantiles. On south side, 2 3-light casements with cambered heads, one
large gabled dormer with a 4-light window. Plank door with cambered head to
frame. Landscape value. Possibly built as a gamekeeper's cottage.
