House. Mid C18 with later alterations. Timber-frame with brick plinth, part rendered part boarded at present owing to restoration work. Slate roof with brick right end stack. 2 storeys. 2-window range at lst floor of 3-light casements. Ground floor boarded. INTERIOR. Complete wall frame visible at present with tall panels and diagonal braces. Some re-used earlier framing in left gable wall. Bridging beams with simple chamfers to ground and first floors. Roof above wall plate is otherwise C20. Brick open fireplace with bressumer and hood. Winder stair, internal partitions and old floor boards. A little-altered small timber-framed house of the period and thus comparatively rare.
