Town house. Probably late C18 or early C19, altered. Flemish
bond brown brick; roof of small grey slates.
3 storeys. Painted sandstone plinth; door of 6 fielded panels
in restored doorcase with simple pediment on console brackets,
to east. Barred opening to cellar in plinth; 2 recessed sashes
now of 6 panes to each storey, those to third storey being of
squatter proportion; painted stone sills and wedge lintels;
moulded stone cornice; cast-iron rainwater pipe; shared ridge
chimney at each end. The rear, with first storey rendered, has
a recessed door in a recessed porch, a replaced casement in
the sash opening; replaced windows in openings with wood sills
and cambered heads of brick to the second and third storeys.
