Undercroft and town house now undercroft with the 2 storeys
above, vacant in October 1991. Wholly rebuilt probably early
C20. Brown brick, grey slate roof, gable to front.
3 storeys. The former Row level has a modern glazed office
front. Each upper storey has 2 recessed 2-pane sashes with
painted stone sills and wedge lintels; corbelled brick verges
to the gable. The rear gable-end has a glazed door and a
2-pane recessed sash to the first storey, a 4-pane recessed
sash and a small window to the second storey and a 4-pane
recessed sash to the third storey, all with painted stone
sills and wedge lintels.
INTERIOR: has no features of special interest.
