Small house now cafe and dwelling. Early C19. Brick, now
roughcast; gabled grey slate roof. 2 storeys, double-fronted.
6-panel door, upper 4 panels now glazed in simple panelled
case with frieze and hood; 1-storey hip-roofed canted bay
window to each side of doorway, probably added; 12-pane sash
to front of each bay; 8-pane sash to each oblique face of left
bay; glazing bars removed from oblique sides of right bay. 3
flush 12-pane sashes to first floor; small frieze and eaves
cornice; 2 flush gable chimneys. INTERIOR not inspected.
