Small town house, now office. c1760. Brown brick, Flemish bond
to front; grey slate roof.
3 storeys of one bay to street; the entrance is on the left
side. Ground floor has a replaced small-pane window; the first
and second floor each has a flush 12-pane sash; painted stone
sills and cambered brick heads; cornice. The left side has an
approximately central round-arched doorway with 6-panel door,
blank fan, architrave and carved keystone; two 12-pane sashes.
The first floor has 2 flush sashes, now 4-pane. The second
floor has 2 metal windows in unaltered openings. The rear has
ground floor concealed, an 8-pane fixed light to first floor
and a flush 12-pane sash to second floor. The right side of
the house, unpierced, is rebuilt.
