Methodist church and attached parish room. 1909 extended c1925. Designed by Withers & Meredith. Red brick with half-timbered gables and ashlar dressings. Plain tile roof and square bellcote with pyramidal copper roof. Nave with internal gabled transepts and projecting eastern porch. Eastern gabled entrance facade has projecting buttressed porch with ashlar coped parapet and double, part-glazed doors. Inscription on ashlar lintel:- WESLEYAN CHURCH 1909 Either side single 2-light windows, above half-timbered gable with pebble-dashed infill has large central 6-light panel tracery window. Barge boarded gable has projecting upper section. South front has two 3-light panel tracery windows under segmental arches, to right slightly projecting gabled transept, to left large 5-light panel tracery window under 4-centred arch. The transept has brick pilaster buttresses and pebble-dashed front. West front of church has single 5-light panel tracery window under segmental arch. Beyond to left slightly projecting church room wing under double hipped roof has three 2-light casement windows. North front has large gable to church hall to left with central graduated 5-light panel tracery window in half-timbered gable. To right plank door and 2-light casement beyond. West return has single 3-light panel tracery window in segment arch. South front of church hall has three 3-light windows. INTERIOR retains original features including pews, pulpit, altar rail, dado panelling and good contemporary stained glass. Sliding panelled doors to church hall and boarded roof with exposed decorative roof trusses.
