Ornamental statue on a rock set in the water to the east of the Island Rock Garden. Believed to be early C19 and of Japanese origin. Presented to Royal Parks by Felix Greene in memory of Edward Greene in 1974. Cast bronze statue of a naturalistic eagle, wings outspread and head down, having just landed on a rock.
