House. Probably 1795. Red brick but with a gault-brick facade;
steeply pitched hipped roof of machine tiles.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window front. Central portico porch of
two reeded and fluted Doric columns rising to flat
entablature. Steps rise to half-glazed double-leaf doors. One
6/6 unhorned sash right and left, under gauged skewback arches
and set within shallow arched recesses. Centre first-floor
sash similar, outer ones with 4/4 glazing bars; all three
first-floor window recesses are segment-headed. Dentil eaves
cornice. To right is a single-storey bay under a ramped
parapet: one 6/6 horned sash with gauged skewback arch.
