Lodge to Meanwood Hall

Lodge. Mid C19. Probably for Christopher Beckett or his
sisters, Mary and Elizabeth. Ashlar, slate roof. Single
storey, 2-bay L-plan, Italianate style.
Entrance bay 2 has boarded panelled door in plain architrave
with cornice on console brackets, windows have architraves
with cambered keyed arches and sill brackets. Openings
boarded. Left bay projects, with central window (former door),
deep eaves with paired straight brackets, plain plaque. Roof
hipped on right, large ashlar stack on ridge left and to rear
right.
