House, barn and smithy, now one house. Late C18, restored late
C20. Coursed squared gritstone, stone slate roofs. House: 2
storeys, 2 first-floor windows, 2 rooms deep. Central entrance
with C20 glazed door. 2-light windows with plain surrounds and
flat-faced glazing bars, C20 small-pane frames; corniced end
stacks. Barn to west (left): dated 1792, large segmental
carriage arch centre, now glazed, inserted windows. Smithy to
east (right): 3 and 4-light flat-faced mullion windows,
containing chamfered tie-beam.
