Small house. C19 and C20 features but reputed to be C16 cruck built. 1 storey, rubble with stone slate roof. Modern ridge tiles and brick stack. 4 modern casements and modern wooden door with porch. The end elevation has a plastered gable with reputed concealed timber-part of the cruck construction.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The roof pitch and height of side walls suggest an early building form.
