Dated 1694. Red brick range of almshouses. U-shaped on plan with projecting gabled
wings at ends with brick parapets. New tile roof. One storey and attic. 1:4:1 bays,
Two and 3-light wood mullion/transom casements. Original studded doors in heavy
doorcases. Central stone doorway with large stone tablet above with inscription and
date 1694. Brick dripmoulds over attic windows in gables. Five new attic dormers.
Brick stacks at rear and at sides.
