An early C19 grey gault brick house. 3 storeys. 2 window range, double-hung
sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals, with stucco cornice lintels on
console brackets. A stucco band runs at 2nd storey window sill level. The
ground storey a pleasant early C19 shop front with a central window with
glazing bars and flanking doorways, one a 6 panel door and the other panelled
and glazed, with pilasters and a cornice fascia. Roof slate.
Nos 8 to 12 (even) form a group with the Queens Hotel.
