Coursed and squared limestone rubble with rusticated ashlar quoins and dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges on kneelers; integral coursed and squared limestone rubble end stacks. Two storeys. Three windows; two-light casements; central six-panelled door with oblong overlight and bracketed cornice hood; lintels of door and windows grooved as voussoirs with fluted keys.
