Stable, cartsheds and gate pier. In their present form the stables and cartsheds are early C19 but incorporate a considerable amount of earlier material. Red brick with timber framed core, plain tile roof. Aligned north-east/south-west facing south-east.

One storey and loft. Two segmental-headed doors to the right; two cartshed openings to the left. Gabled dormers to right and centre and gabled loft door to the left. Attached to the right is a C17 square section gate pier with pyramidal cap which flanks one side of a blocked entrance to the outer courtyard at Hamstall Hall (q.v.).

Interior: cross walls of square panel timber framing with tension braces. Roof trusses with curved principals. Re-used C15/early C16 ceiling beam with ogee and quarter circle moulding, probably from a now demolished section of Hamstall Hall (q.v.).
