1764. Octagonal chapel with later extensions. Local brick with stone first
floor cill band. Conical Welsh slate roof with central octagonal stack having
a little conical cap and finial. In centre of each face a Y-tracery window under
a round gauged brick arch* Modern extensions to north-east and to south. Notice
board informs us that this is the oldest octagonal Methodist Church and has been
in continuous use since its date of construction.
