House. Date 1801-1803, Architect Samuel Wyatt. Walls gault, brick stone dressings.
Roof slates. Two storeys, 3 bays, former St Mary Magdalene Rectory. Brick plinth,
stone string course at first floor, moulded brick eaves, cornice. Tripartite
ground floor windows recessed under segmental rubbed brick arches, sashes, glazing
bars. First floor, sashes, glazing bars, under flat brick arches. Stone porch
Tuscan Doric order, pilaster responds, entablature and pediment. Glazed door.
Low pitched hipped roof, 2 gault stacks, moulded at cornice, rising from rear
