House, at right angles to street, C18. Rendered black glazed pantiles,
unglazed to right. 3 bays, 2 storeys. Gable parapets on shaped kneelers,
end internal stacks in gault brick each with projecting base and oversailing
cap having 2 yellow chimney pots with hexagonal caps. Flush sashes with
glazing bars, tripartite sashes with glazing bars to ground floor; central
doorcase having square pilasters with fluted capitals under plain entablature.
Lower 1 bay 1½ storey extension to left in brick over flint base, pantiles;
segmental headed door to right, 2-light casement to left; 2-light casement
with glazing bars to upper floor. Rear: coursed flint with brick mosaic,
central 2 storey wing having upper floor rebuilt in Fletton brick. Interior:
open string staircase with square sectioned balusters and wreathed handrail.
