Early C19. Roughcast over probable clay lump, brick plinth. Hipped roof
with black glazed pantiles and overhanging eaves. Two storeys. Two windows.
Small sashes with glazing bars. Central panelled door in moulded doorcase,
with later wooden porch. Adjoining, a single storey outhouse to left (east).
