Mill House was added to the list on 14 September 1973,
whilst Ellingham Mill was added on 30 October 1987.
Former water mill and miller's house. C18, house possibly has earlier core.
Mill is weatherboarded on rendered brick ground storey with painted brick
left end, and has an iron frame said to be of cl900. Pantiled roof House
rendered and whitewashed, with C20 plain tiles. Three storeys and attics and
two storeys and attics. Mill has scattered fenestration of 2-light casements
with glazing bars, central attic gable with lucam flanked by 2-light
cross-windows with elliptical heads to lights. Attic lights in north gable.
South gable has C20 ground floor double doors and various windows with glazing
bars. Mill House attached to north gable of mill: facade of three bays,
2 x 3-light Gothick casements with Y and intersecting tracery and pointed
arched heads. Central doorway with 6-panel door, the upper panels glazed.
North gable has large chamfered tie beam at eaves level, 3-light first floor
casement with transom and glazing bars, 2-light Y-tracery attic casement.
Pantiled one-storey lean-to at north gable. C20 extension to rear.

Mill timber framed and weatherboarded on rendered brick ground storey, with
pantiled roof; house rendered and whitewashed, with C20 plain tiles. Three
storeys and attics and two storeys and attics. Mill has scattered
fenestration of 2-light casements with glazing bars, central attic gable with
lucam flanked by 2-tight cross-windows with eliptical heads to lights. Attic
lights in gables. South gable has ground floor double doors, C20, and sashes
with glazing bars on ground and firstfloor levels.
Mill house attached to north gable of mill: facade of three bays, 2 x 3-light
Gothick casements with Y and intersecting tracery and pointed arched heads.
Central doorway with 6-panel door, the upper panels glazed. North gable has
large chamfered tie beam at eaves level, 3-light first floor casement with
transom and glazing bars, 2-light Y-tracery attic casement. Pantiled one-
