Office. 1906 by G. Skipper with later C20 rear addition. Bath stone with marble plinth and outer columns. Portland stone elements. Roof not visible. Three storeys. Five bays - A:B:C:B:A with central and end bays projecting in Neo-Baroque style. Central doorway with four Doric columns supporting a curved broken pediment with cartouche. Six Doric columns through ground and first floors supporting entablature with open pediment over centre bay and pediments over end bays. Sash windows at ground and first floors with glazing bars and raised surrounds. The windows in the outer bays have balconies at first floor. First floor central window with rusticated surround and semi-circular arch. Seven casement windows at second floor with glazing bars and eared and haunched surrounds. Balustrade parapet with urns. Remains of two and a half bays of brick C15 undercroft beneath No. 43.
Interior: T-shaped entrance hall with paired columns; panelled staircase with marble columns and coffered ceiling, boardroom in centre of first floor has five panelled double-leaf doors, fireplace with scrolled pediment, large French window to balcony with round pediment and swags, and a three-bay domed ceiling.
