House. Mid C19. Rendered plinth; painted brick; hipped pantile roof;
2 red brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows, symmetrical.
Door has 6 raised and fielded panels, overlight with glazing bars and
simple doorcase with pilasters under small flat hood. Windows have large
paned sashes with horns in wooden architraves. Box cornice. The left
side elevation forms a 3-window range with No. 2 Ipswich Road (q.v.),
originally part of the same property.
