House. Mid. C18. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys on
plinth with plat band and boxed eaves to hipped roof with central stack.
Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first floor and 2 on
ground floor with segmental heads. Central Boarded door in slate roofed
gabled porch. Built soon after the division of Goldstone manor in 1754
(see Hasted, IX, p.193).
